Milan Grujić is the owner and Captain of gulet Pacha, which is a family-oriented business. His vision and a dream were to provide a mega yacht, ultra-luxury type of experience on board of a charming gulet type vessel in his home country Croatia. Thus, Gulet Pacha project was born.
Milan is highly intuitive and has a lot of empathy for people, so he knows exactly what his clients want. He achieved these skills during his time as the main manager of a company in chartering mega-yachts, so he understands the demands of most VIP clients around the world who rent luxury yachts and spend upwards of € 100k per week! Milan was also a Naval school professor in Šibenik, Croatia, and his experience is extremely valuable.
Gulet Pacha: A History
Gulet Pacha was built in a famous Turkish shipyard in 2000, in the city of Tuzla near Istanbul, Turkey. The boat was first named Pacha 1, and was made as a fully customized order for a private owner. The gulet is of typically Turkish design and is fitted with quality mahogany. She has mainly been used for private purposes and has always been maintained according to the highest standards. Milan acquired Pacha in 2014.

1. Food for Real Gourmets
A lot of attention is devoted to the kinds of foods that are served between the main meals. You choose from different types of cheese, canapés, and what type of pastry you prefer, as well as selecting between 3 or 4 course meals and the kind of wine you would like to accompany your meal. When it comes to food, the only limit is your imagination.
2. Decorated cabins
There are four cabins on board Pacha with en suite available to choose from. There is a master cabin with a double bed, two VIP cabins with double beds, and a twin cabin with bunk beds. Words simply can’t describe these beautiful cabins.
3. A.P.A. – Advance Provisioning Allowance
A.P.A. is the only option you can choose for food and drinks. A.P.A. is generally used on deluxe yachts, and Pacha is one of the few gulets, that also provides you with this option.
It’s a very simple concept. You pay 30% on top of the charter price, and then all the extras you have that are not included (such as expensive champagne and seafood) are all covered up to that price. So for example if you pay an additional € 4000 on top of your overall price, you can eat, drink, and take part in various activities and you don’t have to worry about a thing! If you go over the amount, you simply pay the difference, and if you don’t use the amount – say you only spend € 1000, then you get the residual amount back (in this case, € 3000).
A.P.A. is a simple choice that our clients really love, all it takes is some good planing in advance and here is where our ”organization – finalization” team comes in. They help you prepare and organize everything in advance before you board the gulet, so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy your holiday.
4. Water Sports – Heaven for Adrenaline Addicts
Gulet Pacha has one of the most varied choices in water sports. There are so many different water sports that you will have a hard time fitting them all in! But it’s really worth trying them all out.
The choice for different water sports is varied, and there’s something for everyone. You can use paddleboard, choose between the two person kayaks, or try the round tube, wakeboard, grandstand, gyro towable ski tube, combo ski, or monoski. Not forgetting the best of the best, you can also try out the jet skis!
5. Captain Milan – Professional in His Work
Captain (and the owner of Pacha) Milan is a man who knows exactly what works on a gulet because he has so much experience. He likes to devote himself to each group individually and cater to every detail – ranging from what kind of food you like to the cruise route you want to take. When you step on board, you will be welcomed with tasty snacks and welcome drinks. Then Milan will brief you with all the details of your cruise so that everything is clear – no hidden fees or surprises!
In 168 nautical miles you will cover Krka river canyons, Primošten, islands of Krknjaši, Trogir, Hvar island, Korčula island, national park Mljet and Dubrovnik – that’s quite a lot to take in just one route alone!

7. Boat Maintenace
Milan has been taking care of Pacha since 2014, and he’s made a lot of important changes since then, such as replacing the entire teak on the deck. For the interior this year, he replaced more than 40 meters of mahogany and repainted and lacquered the exterior in ten coats for a perfect shine. Every year, all the mechanical parts are serviced so that the cruise can be technically sound and safe on its several journeys.
