Day 1 - Saturday: Bodrum

Bodrum is a historic city with many options for exploring. The town has a wide range of leisure activities, numerous spectacular historical sites, bustling markets, and excellent local restaurants to visit.

Bodrum truly has something for everyone, and is one of the most popular embarkation points for a gulet cruise. In the evening, you can head back to the yacht where you will be served a delicious dinner.

Day 2 - Sunday: Knidos

Once you arrive at Knidos you can head up to the site high above the two harbors and gaze down at the magnificent scenery. This ancient city, once a lively Greek town, is surrounded by beautiful landscape, sheltered by steep rocks and the sparkling turquoise sea.

Today you can explore the foundations of ancient temples, the theater, and discover how the Greeks lived back then. Many of the most impressive Greek archeological sites are located here, so taking a guided tour is recommended. Later you can relax on the beach in the warm Aegean waters until the sun starts to set.

Day 3 - Monday: Datça

The next stop on your adventure cruise is another breathtaking destination by the name of Datça. This charming harbor town dates back to Dorian times and is the nearest place to the ancient city of Knidos.

This is generally a great spot for you to enjoy a stroll around peaceful towns, or relaxing on the gorgeous beaches of this area. You can also visit the Datça vineyards, or check out some of the local shops and charming taverns around the peninsula.

Day 4 - Tuesday: Hisaronu Gulf

In the early morning you will cruise to the Gulf of Hisaronu, which is full of amazing bays and picturesque locations, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying all the beauty that nature has to offer.

This place is perfect for a quick getaway. Your day can be full of activities, but there will also be time for you to unwind and relax. Horse riding along the beaches or through the forest is also very popular, if you wish to try something different.

Day 5 - Wednesday: Orhaniye & Selimiye

Selimiye is a beautiful fishing village set in a large bay. Since this area is not crowded with tourists, it is a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. Those who prefer to be active can have fun with watersports.

Later you will head to the village of Orhaniye and anchor in a beautiful bay. Here you will be served with a tasty dinner. After dinner, we recommend strolling down the gorgeous peninsula which is surrounded by pine forests, coves, and stunning beaches.

Day 6 - Thursday: Bozburun and Turunç

The Bozburun Peninsula is quieter than neighboring Datça making it a perfect place for those looking to spend time at the Mediterranean in an authentic setting. Bozburun is also known for sponge trading and gulet yacht building.

Later you will visit a small fishing village, Turunç - set in a gloriously tranquil environment. You can soak in the rustic countryside and beautiful coastline in a very relaxed atmosphere. Once we’ve anchored, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and convivial dinner on board.

Day 7 - Friday: Marmaris

Marmaris is a beautiful port city with lots to discover and explore. Whether you’d prefer to take a stroll and admire the yachts docked along the pier, or shop until you drop at the myriad of stores and market stalls, the Marmaris marina is an excellent place to stop by.

Join guided tours and explore Carian Rock Tombs, the ruins of the antique times cut into the rocks and clearly visible. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and a large bazaar area near the seafront, full of high quality bargains! We also recommend visiting some of the sandy beaches which are great for families with kids.

Day 8 - Saturday: Check-out

The time to say goodbye to your yacht and crew has arrived. After breakfast, check-out is anytime up until 09:00 a.m.

We advise you to confirm check-out logistics and onward planning (e.g. transfer to the airport) with your Goolets Advisor during the finalization procedure (prior to departure, when your Advisor will assist with your itinerary/ preferred route, and finalise details).
