The Cayman Islands is an autonomous British Overseas Territory in the western Caribbean Sea. Considered to be part of the geographic Western Caribbean Zone as well as the Greater Antilles. The Cayman Islands has a tropical wet and dry climate, with a dry season that runs from November to April. Island boasts more than 170 caves and can be found around the island, offering delicate underground formations.

One of the island’s main appeals is diving to offshore reefs and shipwrecks. Rock climbing is more and more popular since 1992 and the island now contains about 100 sport climbs. Cayman Brac’s waters are utilized for both recreational fishing and the pursuit of big game fish.

The next stop is Little Cayman, which is by far the least populous, with a permanent population of about 250. Island is famous for its scuba diving. The most popular dive site areas, Bloody Bay and Jackson’s Bight are both located on the north side of the island. Bloody Bay is consistently ranked as one of the world’s top dive sites.

Little Cayman’s reefs are exceptionally healthy for a regularly dived area and inhabited by a full range of typical Caribbean reef life, from seahorses to sharks, and including a notable population of green sea turtles, Southern & Eagle rays. Little Cayman has many rocky beaches suitable for walking or entry points for snorkeling. Island has only one truly fine swimming beach with an expanse of sand, clean, sandy bottom, and a protective reef line Point of Sand.

And after that, you go to Grand Cayman. Scuba diving and snorkeling are popular activities on Grand Cayman as the island is known for its coral reefs and underwater sea walls along with a number of shipwrecks. Seven Mile Beach has the largest concentration of visitors and tourists on the island.
