This blog was originally started for the sole purpose to talk about the gulet cruises in easy going, uncensored and non-market type of way. Gulet cruises are not yet a super worldwide known product and when people are searching for the info, they mostly get nicely packaged info from travel agencies, that does not always tell the exact story.

So this is why this blog is being written. To show all sides (the good, the bad and the ugly) sides of gulet cruises which will show the people how they can truly book the best gulet and have the holidays of their lives.

This is also for the people that like gulet cruises and just like to follow what is going on in the market.

Who is Mitja Mirtič!

I started to think about gulets seriously in the year 2004 when it was the first time I actually cruised on one. It was on gulet Sadra, which is not anymore in the charter in Croatia – and I loved it.

I recognized the large possibilities about this type of holidays, woke up at 2 o clock in the morning and could not get back to sleep. I put all the business ideas on the paper and started with action.

The road to success was very long and hard but we managed to pull it off. And now I can say we are one of the most specialized (and successful) ON LINE agencies for gulet cruises in the market. (at least I can say we do our best).

In the last couple of years, I joined forces with my life companion Alenka and this was also the time when things really took off.
