2025’s Gratitude Post: A Year in Review
A Personal Note on 2025

As we arrive at the end of 2025, I wanted to take a moment to sit down and write this from the heart. Every December I try to reflect on the year, and every time I am surprised by how much can happen in twelve months. I feel incredibly grateful, proud, and honestly a bit amazed.
This year was full of growth, new experiences, big decisions, personal milestones, and moments that reminded me how lucky I am to work with this team and to lead a company that keeps evolving in such a beautiful way.
Here’s what made 2025 truly special for me.
An Epic Team Building on Yacht Riva
One of my absolute highlights. Getting the entire company on the yacht Riva for a proper yachting experience felt amazing. Good food, good drinks, sunshine, laughter, and a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together.
I am grateful that we can offer these moments to everyone in the company. A day like this reminds me how important it is to slow down and simply be together.
The First Mega yacht Bello Joined Our Fleet
This was a milestone. With mega yacht Bello, we officially stepped into the world of Smart Yachting for mega yachts. Until now, we have been leading the Smart Super Yachting segment by making it more accessible to a broader audience.
Bello now does the same in the mega yacht category. It sets a new standard for affordability and experience. It is an important step for our future.
A Season to Be Proud Of
Our fleet expanded to nearly 20 yachts this year, and we filled around 90 percent of the capacity we aimed for. A few years ago, this would have sounded unreal. Now it’s a reflection of how far our team has come and how much we’ve grown together.
A Clearer Brand Story and Identity
We worked hard on our new brand identity so it better represents who we are and how we want to present ourselves. The result feels right. It finally reflects our mindset, our culture, and the kind of energy we want to carry into the future.
Our core message and new slogan are:
Passionately Unique & Joyfully Yours.
2025 was the year we defined it.
2026 will be the year we live it fully, not just as a description on a wall, but as something we practice every day.
The Launch of Our New Website
This year, we finally launched our new website, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It is easily the most advanced and best-designed site we’ve ever created. Seeing it live, exactly as we imagined it, feels like a big milestone for us.
Strong and Meaningful Management Meetings
I really have to highlight this. Our management meetings this year had depth, honesty, great discussions, and a feeling that we are becoming a truly aligned leadership team. These moments gave us direction and clarity for the years ahead.
A Year Full of Workshops and Fun Moments
We did so many fun workshops and gatherings this year, and each one added to the company’s positive energy. It was a mix of learning, laughing, and spending real time together. These experiences shape who we are as a team.
Our Daughter Lana Joined Goolets
This is one of the biggest personal highlights of my life – our daughter Lana finished Law School in the top 3 percent of her class and decided to join the company.
With this, Goolets officially became a multi-generational business.
I always hoped for this moment, and I am deeply proud of her. We now have a foundation for a family company that can continue to grow for many years to come.
New Office Space
This year, we expanded into a new modern office, around 350 to 400 square meters of space that finally feels like “us”. Bright, comfortable, and full of life. Our team loves being there, and you can feel how the atmosphere feeds creativity and positive energy.
Exceptional Content and a Strong Presence at CROYA
We created some of the most beautiful content we’ve ever produced, especially for yachts Alessandro I and Seagull 2. We also made a strong impression at the CROYA yacht show, where everything just fell into place.
Our marketing and sales teams poured a lot of passion into this. I am honestly proud of their creativity and the level of professionalism they demonstrated throughout the year.
More Than 400 Yacht Charters Booked
Operationally, 2025 marked a major leap forward. More than 400 charters were booked, the average charter value increased, and we saw a clear rise in demand for higher-end yachts. These results show that we’re moving in the right direction and that client trust in our service is stronger than ever.
New Adventures with Our Kids
This year also brought me two new experiences I’ll always remember. I started diving with our son, and we completed the whole course together, which was truly something special.
And for the first time in my life, I went skiing. The kids talked me into it, and I ended up loving it. Two new hobbies and two memories I’m really grateful for.
Luxury Motor Sailing Yachts in the Spotlight
This year, we placed our luxury motor sailing yachts firmly in the spotlight – and for good reason. Built in Croatia and available exclusively here, they deliver a level of comfort and luxury comparable to motor yachts of the same size, but at a fraction of the cost.
The segment continued to grow in 2025, with luxury yachts Dalmatino, Nocturno, Anima Maris, and Alessandro I joining Maxita in our central agency fleet.
We are incredibly proud of this category, and you’ll see us invest even more in it.
New Central Agency Yachts
This year, we also welcomed yachts Yolo, Premier, and Korab into our central agency fleet. Each of them has its own story, its own feel, and its own strengths. And the best part is that all three are still available to charter in 2026, which is a great opportunity for anyone looking for something special next season.
We are not stopping here. More yachts are on the horizon, and the fleet is growing into something truly exceptional.
Our Yachts for Larger Groups Almost Fully Booked for 2026
Our luxury yachts for larger groups, such as Freedom, Ohana, Cristal, and other Croatian yachts, remain incredibly popular. They’re almost completely booked for 2026, and 2027 is already busy too. So if you’re thinking about chartering one of these yachts in Croatia in 2027, it’s wise to plan ahead. These yachts go fast. And whenever you’re ready, contact us – we’re happy to help.
A Moment That Put Everything Into Perspective
This year reminded us of something significant. When one of our team members faced a severe illness, it brought into focus what matters most: health and family.
We’re deeply grateful for his strength through the toughest moments, and relieved and happy to see his recovery moving in such a positive direction. The whole team is incredibly proud of him and looking forward to welcoming him back. Moments like this draw us closer and remind us how much we mean to one another.
The Power of a Beginner’s Mind
Even after 20 years, I still feel like we’re just at the beginning – and that’s the power of a beginner’s mind. The ideas, plans, visions, and dreams never stop. They’re what keep me excited, curious, and motivated every single day.
As we step into 2026, I genuinely believe we will push boundaries once again. We have the right people, the right mindset, and the right energy to make it happen.
